Very quick, efficient and courteous

Disappointed! Didn't trim nails. Up charged & wouldn't do it unless paid 4 rabies shot because I didn't have records on me. Nothing 2 do with microchip. Uneducated what kind chip it was. Wouldn't let me talk 2 doc or go back w/my pet. My camera on my pet got it recorded thou very filthy facility & way to expensive! Should got 5buck chip Amazon done myself! She said a vac was 21 too, there 10 local feed store! Rabies cheap feed store also. Left junk on my pets furr & feed him without asking cheese junk I don't allow & I'm very upset. Don't recommend. Reporting to groupon.

I adored the lady that greets you at the door, w/your paperwork. The two ladies behind the counter are absolute dolls, and so was the associate that came, to retrieve your fur baby, and bringing them back to you. It always is a great experience, it keeps getting better each time, and we will continue to bring all of our fur babies to The Spay & Neuter Center.
