U get on the party bus one time and drinks are not free

Rose, I'm sorry you were unsatisfied with the amount of the time on the bus. Perhaps there was some confusion, as while we do advertise free drinks are free on the bus ( which were included), they are not free inside of the nightclubs. I'm sorry you left disappointed and we hope you otherwise enjoyed yourself. Please feel free to contact the office if you would like to discuss your concerns further.

The changed the meet up location with no email or changes on the website. We had to pay uber twice to 2 different locations and they didn’t acknowledge their mistake.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the change in starting location and understand how frustrating unexpected adjustments can be.
The original lineup included Zouk Nightclub, which decided to close for the evening. While this was outside of our control, we updated the itinerary as soon as we were informed. Our office reaches out to all guests directly anytime a posted lineup changes. In this case, you had contacted us before we had the opportunity to initiate that update, and we promptly shared the revised meeting location with you.
We also have a text conversation confirming the new meeting point, including your request for the location details, which we provided.
We genuinely apologize for any disruption this may have caused. Clear communication and a smooth guest experience are always our priorities, and we appreciate your feedback.
