Scott Capone, the owner of Evolve Fitness, understands what it means to struggle with fitness. After a brain hemorrhage—and two-month coma—he found himself mentally and, at 450 pounds, physically depleted. What he needed wasn't a fancy diet or a magic pill or a cool new exercise program. What he needed was expert guidance and a supportive community. That's just what he got, and after a year, he lost 250 pounds. Now a trainer himself, Scott offers the same level of support, in the hopes that he can help other find the same success he has enjoyed.

They closed when I had two out of the three months left to go. They just left in the middle of night. Lied bout having a flood and closed a week so no one would go as they cleared stuff out. They never even emailed sorry we tried but had to close
