Hi Viviana, first in for most thank you for your review😀. This is the second Groupon voucher that you have purchased from us, and I admit first meeting you weren’t pleasant, and I really wanted to tell you that I cannot serve you due to the disrespect in the nastiness that you presented towards me and my mother because you forgot to bring your voucher to be redeemed so we can serve you. You receive three no-shows plus I canceled and reschedule a few of your appointments at the last minute & I did not mark you as a no-show, when you came in to ask me about the no-shows that you were charged we explained to you and showed you the dates and times which we noted in our system a phone call you canceled 8 minutes before your appointment and two others when you did not call or show up, you said you cancel two hours before your appointment which we require at least no less than four-hour notice cancellation so other clients could have the opportunity to get that appointment. I gave you a refund for one of your no-show fees which is against my policy and I told you for that second fee you can still receive your service you opted out so in all you received a total of three no shows I did not charged you for one, I refunded for the second one and I gave you the option to still receive your service for the last one. The cancellation policy states if you have acquired a no show, you will be charged, on our website when you purchased a Groupon, in your email notification, online when you book your appointment you also must sign an agreement that you will comply with our cancellation policy for you to book an appointment so Viviana but there’s no way I could have robbed you.
