I tried over and over to use this Groupon. I had trouble the first time and then I had medical complications and 2 surgeries. I spoke with 2 managers about this and it seems they "disappeared". I finally spoke with the regional manger and she approved it. And stated for me to come back when I was cleared. I did and then I had the same problem again. All I was asking was to use the month I paid for which happened to be the current charge. I am requesting my money be returned. A 3 year fight is ridiculous! They are in my neighborhood. I would have joined.
