2 hours to clean kitchen and still dirty

First of all, I tried to schedule a cleaning for my 2 bed apartment 1080sq and asked them to just clean the bathrooms and focus on the kitchen with what exactly I paid for. They said that's might not be enough time but I said it should be since I just moved into the apartment a month ago and there isn't much to clean up. When the lady arrived the day of cleaning, I asked her how long she was scheduled for and she said 3 hours. So i said that is fine, she said I could tip her on the credit card so when I went into go put in a tip, i received an invoice for $65.15 with the $20 tip I put in and their explanation was, they worked an extra hour. I was never told or clarified that I was paying for an extra hour over what I have already paid on Groupon and what was even the charge of it. I was better off getting someone from Thumbtack for a cheaper price then this cleaning service when you scam people by charging them for an extra hour over the groupon prices just to make more money. it's ridiculous. The cleaning by itself was average. They didn't use bleach on the bathrooms which I didn't notice until they were gone.
