It's too bad to have to give it such a poor rating because their products are very good. There service is good when they are there but they aren't open a lot of the time during their advertised times to be open. I went 3 different times after 10 a.m. (website says open at 9 a.m.) with no one there. I was assured one evening that someone would be there at 10:30 the next a.m. but alas--it was closed. Very disappointing.

The food was really good, however unless you get there early the choice is limited. My experience was getting there at 9 (when the website says they open) it was closed. The lady promised me they would be open the next day by 10:30, however they weren't. It really isn't a coffee shop--their specialty is baking cakes etc. and they deliver. Very disappointing. I forfeited my last voucher because I couldn't find them open.

Closed during holidays. Days they are open are reduced times and menu. These things are not posted on their website which is detrimental to their business.
