Footprints Cafe bills itself as "not your usual Caribbean restaurant." Perhaps the best example of this mantra is the signature dish Rasta Pasta, which patrons can find at Footprints Cafe's locations in Georgia and New York. With their own signature seasonings, chefs sautee onions and garlic—fusing that into creamy sauce that's then tossed with penne pasta, fresh basil, and peppers. All that's left is a bit of Parmesan cheese. Diners can even order the pasta as a side for the menu's other entrees, such as oxtail cooked in its own gravy.
