Not what I expected, that is for sure. Not a salon, rather 2 women in a room in a random office bldg. I was surprised they didn't really have any examples to show the various eyelash types and as a newbie, I was expecting some guidance. They showed me a hand drawn paper with 4 eyes supposedly showing 4 eyelash options, I didn't see much of a difference or it was hard to tell since they weren't real people or photos. The woman who did eyelashes had her phone by my head and it kept buzzing the whole time. When they were done they didn't even wait to see if I was happy or had any questions before having another person lie down in my place. I was clearly unhappy and they didn't care. I would not return or pay full price for this service.
