Windsor is a great personal trainer and always patient and dedicated to your fitness progress as an individual. He is kind and insightful and his workouts leave your whole body energized and engaged. I wasn’t a fan of the detox since I already have my own dietary restrictions but our conversations about diet and timing of food consumption outside of the limitations of the detox were great!
