I could not be happier with my first experience at higher ground! I have done yoga a handle of times in the past but never Hot yoga. So, I started with the intro 60 min/warm class just to get my feet wet. Pat was our instructor and she took time to explain everything. I walked away feeling fantastic and can't wait to go again! I would highly recommend this yoga studio, clean, beautiful and HOT.

I had the best experience last night at the beginner's class with Pat. The stretches/exercises were perfect. She explained everything so well. I felt fabulous at the end...better than a massage.
