Worst experience ever! I have never felt so uncomfortable in a salon. I went in for highlights (which I have had done many times) and the stylist almost refused to use a toner at the end of the treatment. When I asked for a toner to make the highlights warmer she rolled her eyes and sighed. Very unprofessional. I will never go back. Buyer Beware!
