What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our gym is founded on Christian/Biblical principles and we are a privately-run small business. We offer training programs that are Customized for each individual or small group, and our trainers are certified, qualified Full or Part-time professionals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We create a personal and friendly environment and find what each individual enjoys doing to maximize results. We let the clients set the goals and help them get there, rather than simply making them do workouts they don't want to do.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration was/is to create a private gym that focuses on proper training programs that are truly Custom and Individualized. We want an environment that is open, safe, encouraging for all members of the community, regardless of age, experience, or ability. We want to be a 2nd or 3rd home.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to meet and work with a revolving number of individuals of all ages and walks of life, and having a platform to encourage, mentor and ultimately befriend so many different people.
