Don’t buy. When i got there she said she only gets $5 from Groupon and it was up to me to provide more money. I said that isn’t fair and asked why she even has Groupon then and she said “to get you guys in the door”. Such a scam. She was so rude.

Ma’am. You seem to be confused. A voucher only makes me $5 in profit. I never said you had to provide more money. I was being honest with you. That Groupon is the scam. Not me. No one can pay rent in loudoun county at $5 per person. You need to wake up and understand the truth of then matter.

Facial was not customizable. It was short, just 32 minutes when it was supposed to be an hour. The tech did not ask me anything about my skin.

When clients make reservations it is for an hour of time. If you are late then it cuts into that time Bc it effects others treatments. I always talk to the client before the facial during the consultation. Every facial done at Heavenly Skincare LLC is customized

I am sorry that you didn’t realize that an hour long service that you purchased .... takes an hour long. It may have seemed longer to you due to the multiple racist comments you made during the facial.
