LiLi's is under new management now. Bought groupons for my sister , my daughter and I to have mani/pedi done . It was the worst mani/pedi we have ever had done. They typically pumice the heel of your foot to remove the dry skin . My sister asked them why they did not do that. They told her "since you have a Groupon it would be $5 more to have that done " . That's ridiculous !!! I felt that since we had a groupon that they did not do a very good job. We were the only customers in the salon so it's not like they should have been in a rush . I will NEVER go back there . Very poor customer service !!!
