It started out really bad, they forgot we were there and then brought out water cups that had lipstick rings on them. My order was taken incorrectly and the bathrooms were gross. The waitress more than made up for it though. She was sweet and very accommodating considering they were short staffed. She gave us a free appetizer because of the service and water issue and my burger was free due to the ordering mix-up. She helped turn the night around immensely and my sister loved all of the food especially. We would definitely buy another Groupon and go back. I feel the missteps were only a one time mistake that wouldn't happen again.

I asked for no mustard, my burger arrived with mustard. Fries are now an additional charge. My milkshake was overpriced and not thick at all

Wouldn't refill our kids' drinks. Bathrooms dirty. Messy tables. Sandwiches are 10$ and don't come with a side. Some of our food was stale and overcooked. We didn't even go during a busy time of day
