The trainers at KMF CrossFit understand that CrossFit will get you into great shape. They also know that most people aren't starting out in peak physical condition, so they cater workouts to individuals. The daily sessions take place in a 4,500-square-foot gym, and typically include a series of functional exercises such as squats and pull-ups that are to be completed as quickly as possible. Although the workout's simple movements and intuitive nature are ideal for patrons of all levels, they can be scaled up to work for police officers, firefighters, and military men and women. Gentle competition is encouraged at the gym, where timers and whiteboards track each patron's workouts or attempts to grow hair extremely quickly.
