Expired before I needed my last oil change

I was not able to use my “redeemed” voucher, per rep at Nissan in El. Cajon they stopped honoring these vouchers over a year ago. Groupon is stating that the voucher was redeemed which technically it was through eoilchange which needed to be done in order to schedule the appt. at Nissan. Now I need merchant confirmation that no services were rendered. This is not okay, you expect to receive services if you’re pre-paying for them.

Took my vehicle to mossy nissan national city and they informed me that they stopped taking this eoilchange voucher as off beginning of 2024. No customer service available to help get my money back. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT
