South Side Iron gym owner, Connor Smith, knows the transformative power of physical fitness. That's because his first client was himself. As a tall kid in high school, he was determined to gain muscle and weight. He spent years dedicating himself to the gym and exploring the science of strength-training, managing to gain over 100 pounds of muscle mass.
Now, Connor helps others achieve their own fitness goals at South Side Iron. His gym is an inclusive space where guests of all-fitness levels can workout using an array of cardio machines and free weights. He shares his expert advice through classes and one-on-one personal training. During boot camp classes, Smith guarantees a good sweat as students are pushed to their limits through specialized cardio-intensive routines.
