Very courteous. Good at explaining, well beforehand, any possible additional costs unlike other service shops have been know to do to me. Did not feel any pressure for additional services and was prompt in the time advised it would take. Very pleased. Would use again.

Been taking both cars here for several years for tires, batteries, oil changes, etc. Seem to be fair and knowledgeable -- have not had a reason to complain.

I bought a groupon for an oil change at Burnett Automotive. I bought the one where they rotate tires and check brakes etc. They're very thorough in checking out your car! The guy called me to come and look at one of my tires and showed me where it was worn so badly the steel belt was showing. He also came out to tell me what the mechanics had found as they worked. Mostly things that were fine just letting me know. I felt like they really checked the car out and it made me feel assured my car was in good shape when I left. I would highly recommend Burnett Automotive.

I went in there for a simple oil change, since the place I had been taking my car went out of business. When I left, the car had a decided wiggle to it. After taking it back, several times, and having them fool with it, they determined that I had a bent wheel and an out-of-balance tire. I didn't get a quote on the tire, but they told me it would cost $150.00 to get it fixed. I got it fixed, at another place, for about $100.00. It didn't have the problem when I originally took it into them for service. I won't be back there, in this lifetime.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed and was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours before my car was even taken in and then an additional hour for them to complete the oil change. Several people who got there after me left before me. They also tried to tell me I needed new tires until I told the guy I had just purchased those tires less than a year before that from them. He changed his tune immediately saying they didn't actually look too bad.

I have in the past only let them change my oil and balance and align tires. I am very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff at the Lenexa location and am contacting them to change my brake pads. Typically, I would only allow Lexus certified service people touch my car. This will be a first since 1991.

PLEASE!!!! Be sure you tell them about your Groupon both when you set up the appointment and again when you drop off your car. I stupidly assumed that telling them when I set up the appointment that it was taken care of. They only did the oil change and wanted to charge me for that so I could use my Groupon later. Their charge was more than twice as much as I could have gotten it done at Jiffy Lube, so I negotiated that they use the Groupon for the oil change. Didn't get my full service, but I suppose that was my fault.
