Josie is the first person to layer my hair how I've been wanting it. I've been in San Antonio about a year and a half and had been so disappointed with my hair cuts until now. I'll definitely be going back.

She cancelled my appt at the last minute. I did get a haircut but I also wanted color too for another time. Then when I tried to schedule another appt with her she never ever called me back or texted me back. I would never ever go back to her. I tipped her $20 on a haircut. So really it is her loss. That is definitely not a good way to try and build up clientele by ignoring them and never returning a call or text.
