What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have Karate, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Japanese and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu plus Women's Kickboxing. We also offer private lessons, and specialty classes (Self Defense, Bully proof, child abduction).

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Spent the last 32 years in the Army, and for the last 14, I was a Combative's Instructor. It was just the next evolution!

What do you love most about your job?
For me personally, its the satisfaction of watching a student grow, mature, see them come out of their shell - at all ages. Its also about helping everyone find who they are at their own pace. They grow physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Not just the best reaction, but the biggest honor is; you train them from a young age, and after they grow up and start raising a family they bring you their kids to teach....That's the ultimate gift!
