Tobacco Barn Distillery, Hollywood

Tobacco Barn Distillery combines locally sourced grains and ingredients with corn grown on their own farm to produce their Whiskies, Bourbons, and Rums. Both the farm and distillery use a combination of solar, geothermal, and heat recovery systems as part of an effort to be environmentally sustainable and protect Southern Maryland’s environment. • Straight Bourbon - Single Batch made from corn grown on the farm.
• Straight Rye - Single barrel expression made from local Mennonite Rye and corn from the farm.
• USS Constellation Rum - All Maryland Rum made from local molasses and aged in used Bourbon barrels on the ship in Baltimore.
• Honey Rum - All Maryland Rum with 3% raw farm honey added just prior to bottling.
• Moll Dyer All-natural Cinnamon Whiskey. Made with our Bourbon mash and two types of cinnamon bark (Sri Lanka & Casia)
