For over 17 years, All-Stars Gymnastics has been helping little ones reach their personal and athletic dreams. The gym's instructional philosophy begins with the three Fs—fun, fitness, and friendship—as students learn the value of hard work while building their self-esteem all in an encouraging environment. • Kid's Classes: little ones ranging in age from 15 months to four years learn motor and coordination skills as well as meeting new friends in a playful environment
• Beginner Classes: structured curriculum aims to improve gymnastics skills and flexibility for kids age five and up
• Warrior Training Program: training course emphasizing core strength and agility as students learn to flip and hang through multiple obstacles
