People who worked there were nice but drop off phone to fix screen a week and half before Christmas. Said it would take a week. No calls to say done. Called and repair guy and phone where no where to be found. Finally 2 weeks later was in and no manager or repair guy to speak to sales guy took 20 off price for inconvenience but didn’t make up for lost Xmas gift
