Upon arrival, I was asked when did I purchase, how much and whether I had one before, because he discontinued using Groupon. I told him my responses and asked why he asked since my Groupon was not expired. This made me very uncomfortable, but I still left me clothes to be dry cleaned this conversation was with the owner. Than when I came back a week later to pick up my dry cleaning, the male counter person asked when did I bring the clothes, was it a Groupon, and my name all were provided. And he was not friendly, and when I gave my name he said I didn't. It was a very bad experience and when I finally got my clothes they were not properly cleaned and I showed them. I want Groupon to refund my money and I sent several request and no one has called from Groupon as I requested. Please refund my money Groupon.
