Over 44 years of combined experience in the field of emotional management and violence prevention. SAFE is where optimal relationships with others begin with RUACAT from self to self. The SAFE model draws on decades of working with men and women and empowers with unique yet versatile tools.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We aim to support the entire unit - family, workplace, partnership by teaching self-generated empowerment and compassion.

What do you love most about your job?
The surprise, relief and enthusiasm for learning our clients express as early as during the introductory interview and hearing about their successes in consequent sessions.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Clients experience an emotional breakthrough while with us and report their learning and growth as life-changing. Clients often exclaim "everyone could benefit from using these tools!", and "everyone should be told about these tools!", and "where were you when I was dating/before I got married?"
