What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As technology has evolved, Dr. William has put to use the latest and greatest innovations in dentistry. From digital x-rays, to laser dental treatment, to digital impressions... they all make the experience for the patient so much better. "That's what it's all about, making a great experience."

What do you love most about your job?
"I get asked this a lot, and the answer changes all the time as new experiences arrive. Providing excellent dental care for great patients is beyond rewarding; that part never changes. But there's always a new smile, a new happy patient... a lot of positive emotion. That's what I love."

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Two forms most commonly. Number one: We deal with a lot of people that are nervous about the pain that can be involved. But when I perform treatment on a patient and they tell me they didn't feel a thing, that's awesome. Second: seeing someone be proud to smile for the first time, rewarding.
