Love the service good mechanics

The Groupon that was purchased was for wheel alignment. When I took my car to the Discount Kar Kar, the technician refused to provide the services stating (that according to them) I need to fully replace both my axles before the alignment could be done. They quoted a price of $739.98 (plus taxes) for the labor and parts for replacing both the CV axles for my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. The date of service was 12/06/25. Not only did they try to extract money from me (for services that were not related to the alignment), they also charged me $11.96 for the shop fees and tax on the price I paid for my Groupon. I was totally disgusted by the Customer Service and feel completely cheated by Discount Kar Kare management. When I took my car to my regular mechanic, they told me that the denial of services has nothing to do with my axles. They just wanted to extract money for services that is not needed at all. Plus, on top if it, I paid in total $51.95 (including my Groupon) for services that were denied by the vendor. I have all my receipts to prove my case.
