Kathleen was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on a good haircut/style to go with. She was able to cut layers into my hair to near perfection (which is actually apparently quite difficult). She also knew the color of hair dye to go with almost immediately. The experience was awesome and I'd go back to her again.
