The front desk staff was very pleasant and prompt. The facility was clean as were the rooms where the tanks are located.

I've been trying to figure out the secret of relaxing by doing nothing. THIS IS IT!! Floating was the most outstanding experience I had! We chose to float for 90 minutes. At first I wondered if it was too much time, would I stay comfortable enough, would I be warm enough....Worries were all put to rest after 15 min of being in the tank. I was out. Sound asleep. The effect actually lasted for a few days, as in going to sleep easier and without a racing mind. The benefits (physically as well as mentally) of this amazing visit have surpassed my expectations by far. We will definitely be back. A few tips: -pack as you would going to the pool, incl. cap for hair, -bring your phone to hook up for audio book or music, -call or stop by to inquire about what to consider before your first visit.
