Best experience, haircut and color I've had in Lexington in 4 years!

I had no idea I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs and o have a bad knee :( I told the lady I wanted lots or blond on the top and I even commented to her that I didn't see many high lights and she said "you'll see them better once your hair is dry." It's been a few days and I hate it, you can't tell it's been highlighted at all on the top with my 2 inch dark roots. I did call to try and resolve the issue but the lady who claimed to be the owner said "we only use so many foils and that's how we do it here." The lady that did it was very nice and she did style my hair, which I did like but the highlights, which I paid for was horrible!

It was a pleasant surprise. Kristen did a great job for a great deal. I will be back. The building has a lovely ambiance.

Excellent service and very professional. Would have been better if we could have discussed the additional price for additional services.
