The music was great but the venue was not. The set up of the band made it so only those with VIP tickets could see the stage and the screens used were not sufficient. Also the access to restrooms and beverages was very limited and congested. Beers were $15 a piece. Outrageous. Will never go to this venue again.

We actually missed the first 2 nights because of the weather, but the fact that I paid Groupon price instead of full price made that so much more tolerable. The third night was great>

Concert was great, with world class entertainment. The only complaint I have is the costly cost of alcohol at $15.00 per drink. The concert was great and my second year in a row attending Red White and boom, I plan on attending for years to come.

We had a great time at the Country Music Festival. The location and venue were excellent. We came 2 hours away and it was well worth it. Thanks for the hospitality!

From Our Editors

When the Legends first stepped onto the field at Whitaker Bank Ballpark in 2001, they broke a nearly half-century dry spell of pro baseball in the city of Lexington. That first season, they made their presence known by winning the South Atlantic League championship and trying to rename City Hall after themselves. Since their inauguration in '01, the Legends have sent sent over 80 players to the majors, fulfilling the promise of their name and creating their own legacy.
