Urban Ninja Project transforms ordinary folks into leaping, spinning masters of balance. Inside the unique gym adults and kids practice gravity-defying wall runs, mind-bending aerials, and fluid parkour techniques. During structured classes, instructors will show students how to maximize the efficiency of their movements as they burn off energy and strengthen their bodies. For less rigid activity time, UNP offers open-gym sessions. There, members can practice techniques or literally just bounce off the walls. A low-altitude rock wall, flying trapeze, and trampoline lanes are just some of the stations guests will find as they progress through their personal ninja-training journey.
