My Groupon was due to expire and when I called I mentioned that to the woman and asked her if I can come in two days after the expiration date. She said it was fine but that I had to give her the voucher number so she can redeem it before it expires. When I showed up for my appointment no one was there. So pretty much they marked the voucher as used but never provided the services.

The message was very good. The woman was very responsive to what type of message I wanted. The spa practices were not that clean. She reused sheets and towels from one customer to the next.

My daughter went and said the masseuse was very awful - kept "ordering" her to relax in a very irritated way. And then, she actually slapped her on her shoulder several times, quite sharply!! Very unpleasant experience - would love a refund
