Work was good, but the owner was really rude. He apparently hated groupon by this time, and was resentful of the fact we were redeeming ours

This business was RUDE! I was spoken to like I was a nobody. They refused to use the digital groupon, the manager stated.. "you will go print it" hello.. I will not be told what to do. He was RUDE. I left and groupon refunded my groupon. If they wanted to have it printed they should of put that in their "rules". RUDE and very unprofessional! I would NEVER go back to a Midas! Ill stick with using Firestone!

When I called to schedule the appointment per the groupon, Mike said, "I hate these groupons..it's wrong on the paper, just come by." So I did. No one was in the bays when I got there. Mike said there would be a 1-11/2 hour wait. I walked across the street to have lunch. When I returned the car was ready. My paper work had no indication of synthetic oil as per the groupon. I questioned Mike. He was less than forthcoming. I paid him for the extra quart of oil and left feeling as though I was taken. Please share with anyone who will listen!

The $49 I spent turned in to over $200 in additional charges. I bought it expecting a deal on break pads, but ended up not getting any discount at all, the price I paid for the groupon is the price I got off so it was completely pointless.
