Nail Tech, Lexington

The Tech was the owner/manager ... he did my nails . He was ok but others were not very friendly. Didn't speak when I walked in. Salon was clean. Rate: 6

Too far from my home , unfriendly owner (though my technician was lovely) and their prices are much higher for a gel manicure than another place less than 2 miles from me.

I did not get the full service that I was supposed to get. For instance, my cuticles were cut but no conditioning cream or whatever was applied to my hands and arms before fingernails were painted. The lady beside me, however, was using a Groupon and she got this service. Also, in less than a week the paint has chipped away from my nails. I was told they were in a hurry because they were running behind, so apparently I suffered for this by not getting what I paid for. I will NEVER use Nail Tech again and will tell all my friends to not use them either. Absolutely ridiculous to not give someone the service that they paid for. Not a very good business practice.

Yes, I would go back to Nail Tech. The girl who did my pedicure took her time and did a fabulous job. I would recommend Nail Tech.
