they worked with me on price and were very nice, especially Mark who actually worked on my car. they did take an hour and a half for an oil change and inspection which they said would take only a half an hour, but it was still overall a good experience.

I was a bit disappointed in the neatness of the oil change. There was grease/oil left all in the driver's side floorboard and on my console. Maybe putting disposable paper mats down would help with that.
