restaurant needs makeover - staff nice but fan on high and no one had key to turn it down - restaurant cold. food not what was represented on menu.

Although I would recommend Perkins to others for the food, I do think the restaurant needs to update this particular store. Not much has changed since the last time I had been there which was about 4 years ago. Also the wait staff needs to be better trained in how to dress for their jobs, they were a bit sloppy.

The waitress had on a filthy, food stained sweatshirt. Give her a clean apron. She has a nasty cough while taking our orders and she did cover her mouth as she coughed. However, she then walked to a nearby table to pick up silvware to bring to our table ..... With her germ filled hand. Gag.
