Never could get them to come out to the house to redeem my groupon. So don't know how they are in cleaning windows but I won't be using them!

I had made plans to work from home the day of my FIRST appointment only to be called that morning and told the drivers had a flat tire and wouldn't be here. I then re-scheduled my SECOND appointment, again making arrangements to work from home only to have them not show up or even have the courtesy to contact me to let me know. When I called the next day to find out what had happened, I was told all about "their" issues (which really doesn't matter to the consumer who purchased their services). The only good gesture was they did make it to my house that day, makes me wonder who's appointment was cancelled to meet my needs???
