All the staff we encountered were very polite and accomodating! We will be back - there were 8 of us and we had a great time! The only critical thing I might mention would be the loudness of the music - way over the top!!! Thank you!

When I was trying to use the groupon for the cosmic bowl times listed, I was told there was no room on my first call and that I should call 24-48 hours in advance. The next call was over 48 ahead of time and I was told I couldn't use it b/c they already had 1 groupon being used at that time and I may have to call 3 weeks in advance. After talking to the manager and explaining that it did not say anywhere on my groupon that Retro Bowl would only allow 1 groupon to be used at a time I was told that it was at their discrepancy and in their fine print. They did allow my family to go ahead and use my groupon at the time we could make it, but made it obvious that they really didn't want to.
