Owning their own restaurant has been a long-awaited dream of Chefs Nick and Theo. Since their graduation from one of the nation’s top-ten culinary schools, Kendall College in Chicago back in 2008, they have been waiting to turn their dream into reality. Years later the dream has finally come true. Named for and after their Grandma, Chrissoulas is a place that cultivates bonds between family and friends by offering fine dining in a welcoming and warm atmosphere. With more than 20 years of experience under their belts, the Chefs are experts at bringing to life the authentic taste of Greek cuisine combined with the pure joy and excitement of cooking—just like their Grandma used to do it.
