I don't like the fact that they don't offer some type of aerobic or cycling class.

It is a great place, well equiped and very friendly and professional staff!

The staff could be a little more cordial instead of some of their deeming attitudes towards potential new clients. Not one person has given us a tour of the gym or given us an information. (It is a good thing my husband and I know our way around the gym or I probably would not have gone back) Someone needs to shop the employees and get a written report regarding them. A couple of people at this location had distinct attitudes towards Groupon. I was thinking of joining at the end of my 6 months, but might not due to attitudes. Everyone regardless of how they get there is a potential new client and should be treated as such!

I attend the Five Forks location. Its a small neighborhood gym but my favorite part is the child care area. You do have to pay two bucks and hour for your child, but the fees are really cheap. I enjoy that it's not over priced and if I need to I can bring my daughter. The employees seem pretty pleasant.
