We had a good experience. This was my first time there and we did a birthday package for my daughter. Great deal. My only critique would be that it seemed like the staff didn’t quite know when we were doing which thing and it made it feel a little disorganized, but still a good time overall and I would do it again!

Grandkids had a blast playing on the trampolines, basketball area and ninja course! They had so much fun with Hayden as he’d throw a ball for them to catch!

There have been times we arrive and pay and stuff is closed or under renovation but that is not shared when we pay.

Kids had a blast. Some of the young people had issues with being a bit power hungry though. Yelling at kids for minor infractions. I was yelled at for sitting in massage chair while it was beeping at me - AS I WAS PUTTING IN MONEY. They need to chill out just a little bit or find a new line of work.
Other than that, it was an awesome environment for the kids to burn off excess energy and have a great time
