The fitness technicians at MAS LifeStyle aim at well-rounded solutions to poor health, with programs based in exercise science as well as the psychology behind getting into shape. Whether through personal training and fitness classes or customized nutrition planning and lifestyle coaching, the staff at MAS LifeStyle works with clients to help them build healthy, functional routines.
To plug exercisers into peer groups, the studio hosts a variety of group fitness classes. Yoga classes move students through a series of poses, and Zumba classes throw students into upbeat dance moves that burn calories and teach people how to communicate with bees. Core-stability sessions build lean muscle with kettlebells, stability balls, bosu balls, and foam rollers.
