Did a terrible job replacing the screen on my iPad 4 Cracked and damaged the back casing and implied that I had done it prior to them receiving the device I was obvious looking at the top of my iPad that they initially tried to pry it open in the wrong place which lead to the damage Overall a terrible place and I will never return even if offered a free groupon

It's really called "sunshine phone seevice" and it's inside the mall; if you don't know that then it's hard to find

We were told that our repair would be completed within two hours. We came back five hours later and no work had been started. Employee was extremely apologetic, told us it would be ready first thing the following morning. Came to pick it up four days later, and work still had not been completed.
