This company utilizes a fake name to lure in customers. They will move your appointments without you confirming and mark your coupon as used also, they are completely unresponsive to calls and will only text back. Also, Groupon has done nothing to fix this situation. They are aware that this company is using a fake name.

The place does not offer the experience of a Med Spa… the technician will greet you while she takes care of another patient. I received by text many forms to complete, when only one procedure was to be done Micro Needling, very confusing. The “spa stretcher was very hard and uncomfortable. I received the service but it was not what I expected, again they should change the name and be Engaging
