I made a special trip downtown to go to FansEdge to use my Groupon...spent 20 minutes picking out items - then at checkout my Groupon didn't work - turns out it's because NONE of the items on sale were applicable to the Groupon. Yes, it was in your fine print - but that should be in BOLD. Very disappointing consumer experience with Groupon.

Lincoln Park should stick to Crate & Barrel & Trader Joe's ... they shouldn't have a Fan's Edge

Very poorly organized. Store has a great products but customer service and order fulfillment leaves A LOT to be desired. Items have been lost in the past and customer service seems at a loss on how to rectify the problems this business faces.
