What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Creating a brand based on respect and loyalty to customers is our goal. We want the client to feel like they come first and their opinion matters. We want clients to feel happy and respected, which is why we use natual product lines to achieve their results.

What do you love most about your job? We love the before and after effects of the service. Creating that awesome result after thinking so hard about it is perfect because the dream comes to life and the satisfaction is totally priceless!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The relationship a client builds with their technician is intimate and we have clients that have been loyal for years. Being able to create that reputation is something you cannot trade in for anything. We want you to feel like you have a home away from home which is why we take pride in our salon.

It is difficult to say waxing is wonderful, However, my experience was fabulous. Everyone was most welcoming and Donavan is an artist!

Had my hair conditioned and blow dried by Marlene yesterday. Wow is all I can say! I felt fabulous when I left the salon. I don't think I've ever been so pleased with my hair. Thanks Marlene you are a truly amazing human.
