Chi's Martial Art Training Center should have been more professional in handling Groupon clients as well as it's regular clients. The operator/office mgr. even made comments as to not making enough money from Groupon clients, so is not worth it to better handle Groupon clients. It is very unfortunate that they feel that way. They should realize even Groupon clients can & will very likely turn into regular clients if they were better & professionally handled. Thank you.7
